There are four steps to the service:
Enquiry
shortly after making your enquiry with us we begin the search. We expect to have a choice of care providers ready for you typically in 12-48 hours
Response
we can either email or phone you with the choices. We will take time to go over the options, explain the benefits and help you make an informed decision
Choice
having made your choice, as in the case of a care home for example, we can then organise for you to visit the home and for a care assessment to be done. This ensures that your chose care package is suitable for your needs.
Introduction
on the day that care starts we oversee that events proceed satisfactorily and that all parties are fully briefed and prepared.
